TMC Resort and Vacation Rentals has been providing vacation, resort  rentals on Lake Conroe since 1993.  These vacation rentals are privately owned and professionally managed by TMC Vacation and Resort Rentals.  There are currently over 65 rental units in the program including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom
condominiums, 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes and 3 and 4 bedroom homes with
Views of the lake and golf course.

Discounted rates are available for extended vacation and groups of five or more.

All units are subject to a cleaning fee at the end of your stay.  $25 for 1-2 bedroom rentals; $50 for 3-4 bedroom rentals.  This is a per stay/not a per night fee.

Call For Monthly Rates

  1. There is a $35.00 cleaning fee for one night rentals.
  2. Two (2) night minimum on weekends and holidays.
  3. Additional charge will be applied for additional guest(s) in units.
  4. Rates and policies are subject to change prior to the confirmed booking of your reservation.

Rules and Regulations

  1. All rates are subject to applicable occupancy tax.
  2. All reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee.
  3. Cancellation notice must be received fifteen (15) days prior to arrival date to receive full refund.
  4. Check-out time is 1:00 p.m. There is a $50 charge for each additional hour unless prior arrangements have been made.
  5. Daily maid service is available for an additional $35 per day.
  6. Each rental unit is equipped with local telephone service. Local calls are included with your stay. Long distance calls may be placed using a phone card.
  7. Many units have onsite pools and you may also access the pool facility at the Walden Yacht Club.
